With a single phone number you can now make a call blast or call any member in our Group, using Directory Dial. When you call, Directra provides detailed instructions to guide you through the process. Here's how it works:

• Call the main Directra number, 760-291-8097. (At a later date we will offer Group-specific numbers, but for now all users can use the main number.)
• Log in, if necessary. If you're calling from the phone number that is defined in your user preferences or from a number on one of your iPanels you'll be connected immediately. See Logging into Directra Using your Telephone for details.
• If you are a member of more than one Group, follow the prompts to connect to the desired Group. If for any reason you are connected to the wrong Group you always have the choice to log into another Group.
• Chose either Send Blast or Call Member, then follow the specific instructions for that choice.

Here are tips on using the phone interface:

1. At any point in the process, say Help and you will get detailed instructions for what to do next.
2. Whenever you want a list (of Groups, members, tagged member lists) just say Directory.
3. Speak clearly and Directra should have no problem following your directions.

The options described above detail what you can do when you're away from your computer and want to use your telephone. Don't forget that when you're logged into your Group (on your computer) you can can send a call blast or use click-to-call to contact members of your Group.

1. We removed those spinning dials that showed up on your home page while various gadgets were being displayed. Everything should be much quicker now.
2. We improved the performance of the calendar, especially the calendar list.
3. Recurring events in the calendar were not being exported correctly.
4. We fixed some aesthetic issues, that you may not have noticed, but we sure did.
