Tab Reorganization

Based on feedback from users we have made several changes to the menu tabs that appear on each web page. Here's a summary of the changes, but the quickest way for you to see what's new is to try it out.

1. We added two new tabs:
   • Media: This tab includes photos, videos and files.
   • Communicate: Here you'll find announcements, forum topics, call and email blasts, and the command to send a page link to whatever page you are currently viewing.
2. All tabs now have drop-down menus, allowing immediate access to Directra's features. All common actions are now available to you with a single click. Hover your cursor over each tab to see the options available.
   • My iPanel: In addition to viewing your iPanel you can set your preferences and view your alerts.
   • Calendar: View your calendar and add games, practices and events with a single click.
   • Members: View members, view the roster, add and invite members, and more.
   • Communicate: As mentioned above, access all Group communication options here.
   • Media: Photos, tabs and files.
   • More: Your Group map and custom gadgets.
   • Admin: (For admins only) Access to the control panel, plus two new popup forms for designing the home page and configuring Group features. (See the next items.)

Designing the Home Page Layout

You can now lay out your Group home page without leaving the home page. On the Admin tab select the item Design Home Page, then use the form that pops up to decide what information you want on your home page and where you want it displayed. See Home Page Layout for more details.

Configuring your Group's Feature Set

The Group admin can determine which Directra features will be used by the Group. On the Admin tab, select Configure Features, then check those features you will use. See Directra's Features for more details.

Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes

1. As you can see above, we updated the online help to display pop-up glossary topics when you move your cursor over the highlighted words. In earlier versions clicking the highlighted word would jump to the glossary page.
2. At the top of the help window we added back , forward and refresh icons .
