My Login
Your login information allows Directra to know who you are when you log in to the Directra web site and when you use your phone to access Directra's voice features. Your login information is independent of any Group of which you may be a member, allowing you to be a member of several Groups, all accessible with a single login.
Viewing and Editing Your Login Information
You must be logged in to view and edit this information. And, for your protection, all changes you make require that you enter your password first.
- Click Account at the top of any page.
- To change a value, click the edit button, then in the pop-up window provide your password and specify your changes.
- Click Save and your login information will be updated immediately.
Note
If you change your password, the change is immediate. This means to change other preferences you must use your new password.
