Adding Members to your Group
Before you can use Directra to communicate with members of your Group you need to tell Directra who they are. Here's how.
Entering Members One At A Time
Click the Members tab, then on the Members view click the Add Member button. Fill in as much or as little information as you like. If you're going to send the person blasts then you'll want to enter their name, email address and one or more phone numbers.
Notice that when you add information you have the option to mark it visible, protected or unlisted. See Protecting your Contact Information for details.
Other Ways to Enter Member Information
In the Contacts view click the Actions button. You have these choices:
- Add/Edit multiple members
- Import a list of members from a file
- Copy/Move Members from another Group
