Member Page

Each member has a page where personal information is recorded and other member items are specified. Initially the page is created when the group admin adds the member to the group. After that the page can be updated by the admin or by the member if the member has registered.

Picture

Add a photograph of the member that is displayed on the page, the Faces view on the Members tab and also in many other places where Directra displays the member's name. See Member Page Picture for pointers on how to add a photo.

These sections contain your personal information and preferences. Details are here.

Profile

Click the Add button and select Add Profile. This is where you can tell others in the group something about the yourself. (The profile should be entered by the member, not the admin.) Write as much or as little as you like. Anyone visiting your page will be able to see your profile. You can enter it in plain text or, if you want to make it fancier, in HTML.

Family Information

If your Group admin has enabled family relationships in your Group then you will see other family members listed here.

Notifications

Use this section to specify the types of notifications you want to receive. To receive notifications:

  1. Click the Add button and select Add Notifications.
  2. Check the box Enable Notifications.
  3. Check the box next to each type of notification you want to receive.

Admin

This section is visible to admins only. Use this section of the page to record information pertinent to that member. For example, if the email address was changed by you want to keep a record of the old email address, enter it here.

Activity

This section is visible to the member and admins only, not to other members. It displays the changes that have been made to this page.
