Getting Started for Admins
Shared Group
As an administrator, you have total control of your Group. Follow these steps to getting started:
- Add some members to your Group. Click the Add button, where you can add members individually or several at once. Click the Tools button if you want to import members from a file.
- Try sending a call or text blast or setting up a text chat. Experience the power of Directra by clicking the Communicate button, then selecting the type of communication you want to initiate. Select participants by tag, individually or ... both.
- Check out Directra Mobile. Learn how to send a blast or start a conference call from your smartphone.
- Invite members to register.. This is optional, but you may want to do this. Here are some pros and cons.
- Schedule activities on the calendar. Add your upcoming meetings or events. Invite members to RSVP. Configure Directra to send out reminders.
- Customize your Group home page. Use your optional Group home page as the primary web page for your group. Home page content can be public or members only. You can even add custom web page.
- Try out additional features. On the Features tab select Manage Features to enable photos, videos and many other features.
- Settings. Directra is highly configurable. When time allows, look at the Settings tab to see what's possible.
