Getting Started for Admins

Personal Group

As an administrator, you have total control of your Group. Follow these steps to getting started:

  1. Add some members to your Group. On the Members tab you can add members individually or several at once. Click the Import/Export button if you want to import members from a file.
  2. Try sending a call or text blast or setting up a text chat. Experience the power of Directra by clicking the Communicate button, then selecting the type of communication you want to initiate. Select participants by tag, individually or ... both.
  3. Check out Directra Mobile. Learn how to send a blast or start a conference call from your smartphone.
  4. Schedule activities on the calendar. Add your upcoming events, invite members to RSVP. Configure Directra to send out reminders.
  5. Settings. Directra is highly configurable. When time allows, look at your group Settings to see what's possible.
  6. Add more features with a Shared Group. Over time you may want to use additional features offered by Directra. You can create another group or you can convert your personal group to a shared group.
