Getting Started
We recommend that the first thing you do is read FAQ - Directra Overview to get an idea of the many things you can do with Directra.
Directra provides communications services for enterprises and social groups. Each person's capabilities are determined by the type of group created and the person's status in that group.
Personal Group
You'll use this to communicate one-way with others using blended text, voice and email features. Members will receive your communications and participate in conference calls, but only you will log in and add member information.
Shared Group: Administrators
The group creator and other group admins assigned by the creator manage the group, but members may log in and participate. Admins decide who can send blasts or start conferences.
Shared Group: Members
Members have fewer capabilities in a group than admins, but they can still participate actively. When not logged in they can view the public home page, receive blasts and participate in chats and conferences. Once logged in any member can edit their contact info, view information available to members only and may even have permission to send blasts and initiate chats and conferences. A login is made available to members via an invitation from the group admin.
