Using Your Phone

You have the following options for calling other Group members:

Start a conference call, send a call blast or phone a specific member
Use Directra or use your own phone or use a smartphone. For those with mobile phones that are not smart phones Directra provides a way to use a text message to initiate a call

Using Directra: Select Send a Call Blast from the Communicate button. Fill out the form that pops up and click Start.
Using a Smartphone: Log in to www.directra.com/mobile, select your group, then select Conference Call.

Using Directra: Select Send a Call Blast from the Communicate button. Fill out the form that pops up and click Send.
Using a Smartphone: Log in to www.directra.com/mobile, select your group, then select Call Blast.
Using Your Phone: As above, call the Directra main number, 760-291-8097, then select the Send Blast option. Select the tagged member list, then record your message. Directra will call everyone on your list and deliver the message. If there is no response Directra will leave a voice mail.

You can phone another member of our igroup if their phone number is not unlisted.

Using Directra: Use Click-to-Call. Just find the members name and click the phone icon by their name, or hover over their name and select Call <member's> Phone from the menu that appears. Fill out the form that pops up and click Send.
Using Your Phone: Use Directory Dial. Call the Directra main number, 760-291-8097. If Directra does not recognize the phone you are calling from then log in. Select the Call Member option, then say or select the member's name. Directra will make the call and connect you with the member.
Initiating a Call from a Text Message: Send a text message of the form c <member>@<Group> to the Directra short code, 45997, Directra will initiate a Directory Dial procedure.
