Subscribing to Your Directra Calendar
It's easy to see all the data from your Directra calendar in your Google, Apple, Outlook or other iCal-compliant calendar. All you have to do is copy a URL that Directra provides and paste it into your external calendar.
You have the choice of using calendar data from an individual Group or using the data from all your Groups. For example, suppose your family uses a single calendar (e.g. Google Calendar) to keep track of all family activities. You have two children on different sports team, each with a separate Group of which you are a member. In this case the easiest thing to do is use a single URL that captures date for all your Group calendars.
In Directra
On the Calendar tab click Subscribe to Calendar, then from the dialog that appears copy the URL for either all your calendars or for the specific Group you're using. (The easiest way to do this is to highlight the URL, then enter Ctrl+C.)
In Your External Calendar
Paste the URL into your calendar's iCal subscription interface. This will be different for each type of calendar.
Here's how you would do it for some common calendars.
Google Calendar
- Make sure you are signed in to your Google calendar.
- In the My Calendars box, click Add, then select Add by URL from the drop-down menu.

- Paste the URL you copied from Directra in step 2, above. You'll see something like this:
s (Your URL will not display "000", but rather the number specific for your Group, as well as some other information that identifies you.)
- Click Add and your Directra calendar will now be listed in your list of Other Calendars.
Note - It may take up to 24 hours for Google to synchronize with your Group calendar data.
Windows Calendar
Windows Calendar is available with Windows Vista.
- Open Windows Calendar, click the Share menu item and select Subscribe....
- Paste your Directra calendar URL into the box labeled Calendar to subscribe to:. Click Next.
- You'll see an "in process" subscription dialog, which will remain open for several seconds, then will automatically open another dialog.
