Account Calendar

If you're a member of one Group then tracking your calendar is easy - simply click the Calendar tab. But what if you're a member of two or more Groups. For example, say you have two children playing soccer, but for different teams. That's two Groups with two game schedules on two calendars. How can you keep track of both?

The answer -- your Account Calendar, which displays information from all your Group calendars into a single calendar.

  • Viewing: Click Account at the top of any page, then click the Calendars tab. You will see events, games and practices from all your Groups. For each entry the name of the Group is displayed just below the entry's title. Click the title to open the Group and view the event details.
  • Editing: If you are the admin of the Group for which information is displayed you can edit the calendar entry "in place". Just hover over the entry and select Edit <entry type> Info, edit and save. The change will appear on your account calendar and, of course, on the Group's calendar.
