Viewing Blast Results
Directra provides detailed information about your email, call and text blasts
View the List of your Blasts
Use either of these methods to view your blasts.
- Click the Comms tab to view all blasts sent by your Group. Blasts are listed in reverse chronological order.
- For shared Groups you can use the Blasts gadget on your home page. This is useful for viewing recent blasts. On the Settings tab select Home Page Layout to specify how many blasts are displayed in this gadget.
View Blast Details
From the list of blasts (above) click on the blast name to view details. The contents of the blast are displayed, along with blast results. Use the expand icon 
to list blast recipients. For each recipient you can hover over the information icon 
to see how Directra was able to contact that person.
Email Summary
An email summary of each blast will be sent to you with the following information:
- The date and time of the blast.
- Who sent the blast, the recipients of the blast and the time the blast was completed.
- The completion status for each recipient.
