Blast Permissions

Use the Blast Permissions popup dialog to specify which members of an Group can send blasts. Open this dialog here:

• If you have the Blasts gadget displayed on your Group home page, hover over the Actions menu and select Edit Blast Permissions.
• Use the Blast Permissions panel on the Group Settings page, available on the Settings tab.

Group admins can always send a blast of any type (email, call, and text). In addition, you can specify the following permissions for each type of blast:

• All Members: Any member of your Group can send the specified blast type. This is the default setting.
• Administrators Only: Only Group admins can send the specified blast type.
• Members of tag <tag name>: Members who have been assigned the selected tag can send the specified blast type.
