Quick Start
Directra has many features. But don't get bogged down trying everything all at once. Follow these steps to get Directra working for you right away.
- Update your own contact information: Click the My iPanel tab click the Edit button. Add your email address and phone number and click Save.
- Add a few members to your Group: On the Members tab click Add Member, add the member's first name and last name, phone number and email address. Click Save. At this point you don't have to add everyone. Remember, you've just giving Directra a quick tryout.
- Send a blast to yourself and members of your Group: Click the Comms tab, then in the Action menu select the type of blast you want to send. For example, select Send a Call Blast, then in the popup dialog that appears check the box Everyone (so all members you have added will get the blast) and type in a message. Click Send the Blast. You and all members that you have added will get a phone call with your blast message.
