Email Addresses
Use this panel to specify if you want routing address assigned to Group members. You also can define a catch-all address.
If you check the box Would you like to automatically assign email addresses to new member?, then Directra will assign a routing address for each new member. The format of the message is [name specification]@subdomain.directra.com.
- The name specification can be one of four choices, available in the drop-down list.
- The subdomain is defined in the Domain Names panel of the Groups Settings page.
You can specify a catch-all address, to which all email sent to your subdomain that does not match an existing address will be routed. If you leave the catch-all address blank then email that does not match an existing address will be discarded. See Using the Catch-All Address for more details.
