Add Games, Practices and Events

Use your calendar to record upcoming events, games and practices. Your calendar may become the centerpiece of communication among Group members. Here are some things that will help you plan when using the calendar.

• You can enter games one-at-a-time or add multiple games from a single interface.
• Events and Practices can be repeating, so you only have to enter them once.
• In a recurring sequence of events or practices you can remove or cancel individual instances. If you remove it, there is no longer a visible calendar entry. If you cancel it, the entry is visible but all text is struck through.
• All calendar entries allow you to enter text so that you can describe the entry fully.
• Finally, for any calendar entry you can invite Group members and maintain RSVP status.
